16 Sherwood Avenue is a full residential joinery fit-out in Yowie Bay, in Sydney's Sutherland Shire — a home where every room was drawn, built and installed by the same team, from one brief, start to finish.

The kitchen and butler's pantry set the language for the house. The fluting on the island is the fluting on the bath surround; the timber in the bedroom joinery is the timber in the dressing room. Nothing had to be matched later, because nothing was chosen separately — the same grain, the same shadow lines and the same tolerances carry from the kitchen to the last wardrobe. That consistency is the reason to give the whole house to one joiner.

Beyond the kitchen, the package covered walk-in robes and a dressing room off the master suite, bathroom vanities, entertainment joinery for the living areas and bedroom cabinetry throughout — all finished to sit against the home's architecture and its water views.
