70 Edward Street, Sylvania is a contemporary new home in the Sutherland Shire, fitted out with a cohesive interior joinery package — clean lines and premium materials carried through every room.

From the open-plan living spaces to the bathrooms and private bedrooms, the joinery was designed as one language rather than a series of separate pieces: the same finishes, the same detailing and the same tolerances from room to room, so the house reads as a whole rather than a collection of trades.

Every piece was drawn, built and installed by Marks Custom Joinery from our Peakhurst workshop.
